What’s Happening On Site
Exterior Progress
Envelope work remains a major focus on site, with window installation substantially complete, and roofing, curtainwall preparation, and brick installation continuing across several key areas of the building.
Interior Advancements
Inside the building, rough-ins, framing, insulation install, and early finishing work are moving forward floor by floor, helping transition the project from structural construction into more defined interior spaces.
Amenity Spaces & Landscaping
Rockford’s amenity areas and outdoor spaces are coming to life - with landscaping material arriving for planters in the courtyard, and framing in the resident lounge and gym underway, each step forward gives shape to the future resident experience.
Building Systems & Access
From the installation of private parking gates and rail for the residential elevator, to securing the permanent street level Hydro connection, several important back-of-house and building service components are also moving ahead, supporting future operations and access throughout the property.
Looking Ahead
As more of the building envelope is completed and interior work advances from rough-ins into finishes, Rockford continues to feel increasingly tangible for future homeowners and the surrounding community.
