Last week, the building was officially “topped off” as concrete work finished on the roof – marking the successful completion of Rockford’s structural construction. Another exciting milestone as we approach anticipated completion in Spring 2027.

To commemorate the occasion, we hosted a special celebration for the construction team whose expertise and dedication have brought Rockford to this important stage. Topping-off ceremonies are a long-standing tradition in construction, and this event gave us a chance to recognize the continued efforts of the team who are bringing Rockford to life.

What’s Happening On Site
Over the coming months, homeowners and the wider community will see steady and visible momentum across several areas:
Exterior Progress
- Brick installation and façade detailing are advancing across all sides of the building, bringing texture and character to Rockford’s exterior.
- Window installation and building envelope work, including waterproofing, are well underway and nearing completion - helping to seal and protect the structure.
Interior Advancements
- Framing and wall assemblies are progressing throughout the building, shaping the interior layout of homes and shared spaces.
- Mechanical and electrical rough-ins continue across multiple levels, laying the groundwork for essential services.
- Drywall and finishing trades are set to follow closely behind, marking a visible transformation as interiors begin to take form.
Amenity Spaces & Landscaping
- Work is also advancing on both indoor and outdoor amenities, including early development of the future Nordic Spa experience.
- Significant progress is being made on planters, hardscaping, and landscaping infrastructure, which will support the lush greenery planned throughout the property.
