I understand that the President of Cressey was the individual that envisioned the roof top deck [at James]. I wanted to say that the deck has been such a great amenity for the building. The building formed a garden club that communally looks after the garden, and we have had great success in growing a variety of fruits and vegetables. As well, Heather and I have met so many other residents while up on the deck. It has brought many of the residents closer together in my opinion. I wanted to express my appreciation for the deck design and hope that Cressey continues to consider this design in future developments. And the view is truly second to none.

The design, aesthetics, functionality are superb.  I have to say overall I’m really impressed in the high quality construction, the use of high quality finishings and the attention to detail. I specifically appreciate small details that could’ve been left out.  For example, heated floors in the bathroom, the high quality dual fridges, the high quality cabinetry, faucets, door handles, tile, pleasant looking shrubs/plants outside, installed storage solution in the closet and walk-in closet, etc. You could’ve chosen to cut back on some of those things but instead kept the quality high and everything was as expected or better.
