On a sunny Saturday morning, Rockford officially broke ground and with it, we marked the beginning of a new chapter in Ocean Park. Over 75 homeowners and community members joined us to celebrate this milestone, making it clear just how meaningful this project is for the neighbourhood.
Set in one of South Surrey’s most established and cherished communities, Rockford is the first new development in Ocean Park in decades. The event was more than just ceremonial - it was a true gathering of future neighbours and long-time locals, all excited to see thoughtful growth happening close to home.
Guests had the opportunity to connect with the Cressey team, learn more about the homes coming to Rockford, and speak with others in the community. For many, the project represents a rare chance to downsize while staying in the neighbourhood they’ve long called home.
As construction gets underway, we’re proud to begin delivering on the vision behind Rockford: a place that respects the character of Ocean Park while creating new opportunities for people to stay connected to it.
