This week, our team poured the first portion of the Level 2 suspended slab — the very first floor of the residential homes.
This marks a meaningful step upward as the structure begins to emerge from grade and the vision for the homes becomes even more tangible.

We’re on track to complete this level in early February, setting the stage for the main structure to rise through Spring. - The Building Takes Shape
As we move into the warmer months, you’ll begin to see the full form of the community come to life, followed by window installation — one of the most exciting phases, when the character and design of the homes truly emerge. - Progress Below Ground
Behind the scenes, work is advancing quickly. Before Christmas, crews will begin blockwork on the P2 level of the parkade, adding structure and definition to the underground levels.
