As our Controller, Corporate Finance and Accounting, Parveen has been with Cressey for the last five years. Drawn to the company’s strong reputation in the real estate industry, she’s become an integral part of the team that ensures our financial operations run with precision and purpose.
We sat down with Parveen to talk about what brought her to Cressey, a moment she’s most proud of, and what makes the company’s culture so special.
What first attracted you to Cressey?
I was drawn to Cressey because of its reputation for excellence in the real estate industry and its commitment to quality and integrity. From the very beginning, it was clear that those values weren’t just words on a page—they’re something the company truly lives by.
Can you share a proud moment from your time here?
One highlight for me was being part of the successful implementation of a new financial reporting system. It was a true team effort that required a lot of collaboration and problem-solving. Seeing how it’s continued to make a positive impact over time has been really rewarding.
How would you describe the team culture at Cressey?
It’s collaborative, value-driven, and forward-thinking. There’s a real sense of pride and loyalty here—some of our team members have been with Cressey for over 27 years, which is a really special thing and says so much about the environment.
