Construction Continues
We’re pleased to share another exciting construction milestone at Rockford. In early May, the building was officially “topped off” as concrete work finished on the roof, marking the successful completion of Rockford’s structural construction.
As the community continues to take shape ahead of anticipated completion in Spring 2027, our construction team is now transitioning to the next phases of work, including: completion of building envelope, progressing exterior details including extensive brick and landscaping, and beginning interior suite rough-ins and finishing work.
