Maddox Open House
On Friday, March 28th we were proud to open the doors of Maddox, Cressey’s latest building to complete. Located in Downtown South, the stunning tower is impressive both on the inside as well as outside. We hosted an event for the Realtor community, as we are proud to show off the completed areas in the tower that most Realtors don’t enjoy the chance to see. The gorgeous lobby is anchored by a marble concierge desk. Designer furniture adorns the lobby, professional meeting room, and of course, the 8th floor Social Lounge complete with pool table, TV and kitchenette. Over 130 Realtors attended the event, and we received overwhelmingly positive feedback about the quality of construction, the innovative designs, and beautiful and durable materials chosen throughout.
Seven unique spaces, located throughout the building, featured different wines and foods from around the world. A homemade artisanal chocolate demonstration on the 29th floor delighted our guests as much as the panoramic views.
