#dinnerparty YVR Wrap Up
This year Cressey was fortunate to be the presenting sponsor for #dinnerpartyYVR, an event where 30 dinner parties take place simultaneously across the city, connecting Vancouverites in support of local charities. #dinnerpartyYVR opens up homes to new friends, creating new communities, and driving awareness of amazing, local organizations that are giving back to our great city. It was a perfect fit for Cressey and we were able to participate in many different ways; hosting the Hobby Chef Huddle at Arbutus Ridge, putting on our very own #dinnerpartyYVR with TopChef Canada finalist Josh Gale and throwing the official event after party at Meccanica.
The Cressey after party drew in an energetic crowd of hobby chefs, foodies, charity representatives and sponsors. Hosted at Meccanica in the heart of South East False Creek, guests were treated to donuts, chocolates and some of Vancouver’s best beer and wine.
This year’s event sold out and raised $10,525 for local charities!
